Pulmonary Medicine of Dayton has been serving patients throughout the Miami Valley for more than thirty years. Our physicians live and work in the Dayton area and are highly respected members of the medical community.
Our Pulmonologists (lung doctors), Drs. Shah, Razi, Ali, Desai, Hajjar,
AlAshram and Jain and nurse practitioners, Meghan Westover, Bethany Ratliff, and Nicole Fiore
are trained to diagnose and treat breathing and lung problems. All care for patients in the hospital and the office. In the hospital, our highly skilled physicians work with patients and their families, aiding in their recovery and returning them home to the best quality of life possible.
In the office, they will diagnosis and treat your breathing condition and report back to your primary care physician with their findings and care plan. They will follow up as necessary.
Our Sleep Specialists, Drs. Shah and Ali, are board certified physicians trained to evaluate and treat sleep issues with a consultation. Sleep patients are seen at both of our out-patient clinics and in the sleep labs at Kettering Health Main Campus and Miamisburg Health Campus. When indicated a sleep study may be performed at the hospital or in some cases they may be done at home. After thorough evaluation, they treat patients and work closely with primary care physicians for long term relief of symptoms.

The Office Staff is made up of a team of nurses, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, clerical and billing staff specially trained to answer your questions and assist you in receiving the most out of your office visit.
Clinical staff triage all clinical messages and calls are returned throughout the day, based on medical urgency; we will make every effort to return your call by the end of the business day.

Notify the Emergency Room staff that you are a PMD patient and, once admitted, a Pulmonary Medicine of Dayton physician will be contacted to assume your care.
