PMD's Open Communication Policy - Our Philosophy
We believe that dealing directly with each other is the best way to respond to both our individual and business concerns, and we share a mutual commitment to listen and do our very best to provide responsible and accurate information.
We encourage you to discuss any issue you may have with a coworker directly with that person. If a resolution is not reached, please arrange a meeting with your supervisor or the Practice Manager to discuss any concern, problem, or issue that arises during the course of your employment. Please remember that we strongly discourage repeating rumors or office gossip. It is more constructive to consult management immediately with any questions or concerns.
We encourage all employees to bring forward their suggestions and good ideas about how the Practice can be made a better place to work, or how our work processes may be improved.
